Welcome to the website of Red Sun Industries, an EVE Online Corporation
Are you an industrial or PvE player looking for a better, more skilled, more experienced team? Are you looking for a friendlier and more knowledgeable group? Check out "Why RSI?"
Red Sun Industries is actively recruiting pilots and corporations. If you would like to fly with us, join our public channel, "The Warp on Inn", and let's talk about collaboration.
STICKY: RSI Director Annika Rasmus - There are two kinds of people in this galaxy.
Those with loaded guns, and those who dig.
Which are you? Mining, PvP, PvE - whatever you like to do, we can help you do it well. Learn how to beat the suicide gankers. Learn how to PvP effectively. Learn how to run Incursions and the most rewarding PvE in EVE. RSI's members are experienced and can help you get ahead in EVE fast. With teamwork EVE becomes tremendously better.
Go with the people who are results oriented. But not too results oriented. We are a proven successful team, having accomplished pretty much every goal we have set out to achieve over the past 6 years of EVE operations. We get things done and we believe in teamwork, cooperation, and just simply enjoying the game. We don't want EVE to become a full-time job for you. And we don't like a lot of drama and politics. People who join RSI stay with RSI typically in the long term. We are confident you will enjoy being on our team as well.
We were there. We have watched Titans burn in Cloud Ring. We have been in epic battles where thousands of pilots and ships fought desperately and perished. We have fought against and alongside the biggest alliances and best pilots in all New Eden. What all this boils down to is a huge amount of EVE experience and a really massive contact network spanning every major organization and sovereignty holding entity in the game.
Have you tried being good, but you didn't like it? A little piracy goes a long way. We can teach you the ins and outs of the thug life in EVE. Once you know how to fight, then you know how to survive and prosper. You can learn the hard way or benefit from our experience. Our friends get billions in kills every week.

Red Sun Industries (re)Joins Moose Alliance
Dateline: February 2, 2015
RSI successfully renegotiate membership with the well known Moose Alliance over the weekend, rejoining old friends from that organization. Plans going forward include various means and methods of increasing ISK stores for RSI members and allies, including a series of planned Incursion runs. "We are very pleased to rejoin our old friends with Moose Alliance," CEO black Craig said. "This time we are determined to improve our efforts to really integrate into the alliance and work with Moose Alliance members, to our common benefit." Stay tuned for more details.

RSI Ramping Up Operations in South Amarr; New Pilot Training Ongoing
Dateline: January 14, 2015
With the launch of the new Proteus expansion comes a lot of new blood to RSI, and some returning old friends. Several new members have recently been rapid-launched into level 4 Amarr Navy missions, and are enjoying the isk tap that results. New fleet operations are continuing daily, including major industrial operations for the first time in some months. Some newer RSI members are considering serious market and industry business plans, and so we may see a return to the RSI heydey, at time when RSI was known to wipe out asteroid belts clear across entire systems. "Loving my new Domi," RSI member Maddani Padecain remarked. "Look forward to flying with old friends again and re-establishing some serious industry," other new members were heard to say. Continuing in its tradition of slow and steady expansion along with elite industrial and PvE operations, and continuously attracting new members while bringing old pilots back to EVE, RSI's future looks bright.

The Return of Old Friends; Dead Cats Do Show Up (but only with Indecent Exposure)
Dateline: November 17, 2014
Old friends are returning to RSI - Draco Argen, gallant interceptor pilot and hero of the Third Providence War, has come out of early retirement and returned to RSI. "It is always outstanding to see old friends, pod pilots, return to space and fly with us again," RSI Director Marcus Dreddlin remarked. "We are on the way to rebuilding RSI into something truly special once again, and to do that, we will need help from old friends and new."
WARDEC UPDATE: The "Dead Cats Don't Show Up" alliance SHOWED UP! We also are truly surprised. They didn't offer any real goodfights however, merely ganking one youthful RSI member while he was unsuspectingly roaming about in his (poor) Drake. Thereafter, one Deceased Feline did arrive in Zinkon to shoot our friends' POCO, but like Brave Sir Robin, he and his Indecent Exposure alts/allies quickly ran away when RSI and friends began to show up to fight. The wardec has again lapsed mostly uneventfully. RSI returns to peacetime operations status. And now I will serenade our erstwhile enemies with a song extolling their virtues:
"Brave Sir Robin ran away. ("No!") Bravely ran away away. ("I didn't!") When danger reared it's ugly head, He bravely turned his tail and fled. ("No!") Yes, brave Sir Robin turned about ("I didn't!") And gallantly he chickened out..."

Uneventful Wardec Concluded; Then Restarted Again!
Dateline: November 7, 2014.
As we reported in our last bulletin, RSI had been challenged to a war by the nascent no-shows, "Dead Cats Don't Meow." However, as they seem to have refused to engage or even show themselves anywhere near our current operations area, and the war has lapsed uneventfully, we are forced to conclude that they are a bunch of live pussies pretending to be tougher, more deceased pussies.
NEWS UPDATE: "Dead Cats Don't Meow" apparently read the RSI website, and are incensed that I have referred to them as pusillanimous felines! They have again uselessly nuisance wardec'd RSI. We are in a state of serious consternation. Really. We are. Except they won't ever show up, so what is the point of this wardec? We don't know. We find it sort of funny I guess. "Dead Cats Don't Show Up" is a better name for your alliance, guys. Seriously.

Red Sun Industries has War Declared Against Them; No Sign of War Targets
Dateline: October 29, 2014.
Yesterday war was declared by the "Dead Cats Don't Meow" Alliance, against Red Sun Industries. RSI members readied military assets and awaited zombified kitty-cat elements of this surely quite formidable attacking force to arrive in their area of operations, to no avail. "We were unable to find hide, hair or whisker of them," CEO Black Craig reports. "The only member of the attacking alliance that was online seemed to be over 30 jumps away, in Caldari space." Onlookers wondered why the war declaring alliance would waste isk on a wardec it seems they are not interested in pursuing. RSI has recommenced normal operations, but will retain a few bulldogs in the cargo bays in case any semi-deceased pussies do make an appearance.

Dateline: October 14, 2014.

Under the new/old leadership of founding member and former CEO, Black Craig, RSI will be developing new bases of operation in Amarr and Khanid space in the coming weeks. "Feels great to be back in RSI," CEO Craig said. "We have a number of new prospective members and anticipate welcoming back some old friends. RSI has in the past been a part of various epic struggles across New Eden, and its experienced veteran members are expected to make a noticeable impact in the region. Stay tuned for further details. |

Why DUST + Incarna is going to be Awesome
Have been playing a fair bit of DUST lately and the potential is literally staggering. If CCP does this right and actually allows DUST to grow to its full potential in terms of real impact and full interaction with EVE, we are in for exciting times.
Think about the possibilities: ship to ship combat, for capturing disabled ships. Battles on player-owned stations for ownership of the station. Moon battles to disrupt moon mining operations or hack POS modules or towers. Planetary battles for PI installations. Assassination contracts in Incarna. Deep null covert operations to support sabotage or guerrilla style warfare against large incumbent alliances, with black ops teams dropped by covert haulers black ops portaled in by small gangs of freedom fighters. Face to face meetings between Dusties and EVE pilots in station public areas. EVE pilots joining DUST battles. DUST pilots jumping onboard ships. The limit is your imagination. Don't screw this up, CCP!
RSI has a DUST merc crew forming. If you are interested in running with us, contact Marcus Dreddlin.
