Why Red Sun Industries? The RSI Advantage
It's hard to find a good corporation. What does RSI have to offer?
- Experience. Combined, our core membership has decades of EVE Online Experience. We have done pretty much everything and explored, fought, mined, killed and died in every region, from Wormhole space to lowsec, from Null to Empire. If we don't know something, our friends in some of the elite organizations of EVE do. EVE is a constant learning experience and RSI is about facilitating that learning, both for us and for you. Everyone should have something to offer and to receive.
- Elite industrial capability. Perfect bonuses from our Mining Directors. Extensive industrial capability. We don't look down on miners. Instead, we equip them with the best tactics and boosts, and then we train them to fight. We want you to prosper, but not only that, we want you to be able to defend what you build. If you aren't squeamish about a little piracy, we aren't squeamish about a little industry.
- T2 and Capital ship construction. We have the blueprints and the know-how. We build T2 ships. We build caps. We help our members get into caps. Then, we use them, in operations from simple PvP and gatecamps through POS bashes, hotdrops and raids. On the industrial side, it is an epic feeling to undock a capital ship that you helped build for the first time. A team effort makes capital ownership simple and much less expensive.
- PvP Experience and Effective FCs. All that experience means we have seen an awful lot of good and poor FCs over the years. We can offer PvP training, FC training, a wealth of knowledge about ship fittings, and an effective and capable team to fly with, offering daily operations.
- Friendly and helpful. EVE can be an unfriendly, hostile, untrusting place. You need a team of people with integrity that approach the game as a place to make friends, not enemies. Our members have a lot of faith in one another and we are a close knit long-term team of mature individuals who enjoy EVE. If this sounds like the kind of place you are looking for, look no further.

I'm Thinking of Joining RSI - What Does Red Sun Industries Do?
Great question. This is a critical question for us to ask you as a potential new member and for you to ask us as a potential new corporation.
The answer is, EVE is a sandbox - we pretty much do everything. Right now we are operating in empire though, so we can't offer full time nullsec access or wormhole space access as we have in the past. HOWEVER: EVE is what you make it. And a great team should not be judged first by what they offer you in terms of ways to make a lot of isk or a specific location in EVE space. If all you want is a nullsec alliance and to jump into giant fleets, well, go and try that, you'll find out what we found out a long time ago: it's not fun. It's a grind. Teams made up of people only there for the ratting are seriously, seriously fail in EVE. Look at Fatal Ascension. We had a great team that attracted a huge number of new members rapidly after we gained access to nullsec space, but we discovered that many of these new members were not of the same quality as our long term members. They were there for what they could get, not what they could gain working as a team and definitely not for what they could contribute. I don't know what FA is like now, but I can tell you that when we were there, it was terrible. Terrible leadership, no team spirit, terrible fleet response, terrible teamwork. You might think that a big alliance is what you want, but the fact is, experienced, friendly, adaptable, and mature members of a smaller team are in our experience tremendously superior. So, what does RSI do? A little bit of everything. Variety is the spice of EVE life. We do some industry, some PvP. Some missioning, some anomalies, some worm hole day tripping. We like to dip our toes into nullsec sometimes, other times lowsec. We have friends in pretty much every major EVE organization because of how long we have been playing the game, and so we have a lot of options for newer and more experienced players. Above all else we have a solid, friendly team that can support you in whatever you are interested in doing with EVE. Finding that kind of a team is not easy, and from our experience, it is the critical factor in whether or not you will really enjoy the game.
